- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went to this location because I was on my way to the christiana mall. This location is by far the most ghetto text bank location I have ever been to. I used the ATM machine to withdraw money and do a transfer. Anyway, the ATM machine counter did not have a garbage can receptacle to hold discarded receipts and the they were littered all over the floor. Also, there were no pens at all and no envelopes either. I went inside to see if there were any pens and there were only 2 the pens. The pen cups were were empty. There was a long line with 2 tellers on duty. I guess they were too busy to replenish pens,envelopes,and clean up the ATM area.By Annie Lee, May 18, 2017
